[jdev] Jabber for fun

Hi,
I was just wondering if there is any website where people can search
for other jabber users who just want to chat online. Such as the with
ICQ or MSN where one can find a random chat partner for a couple of
hours who they maybe become friends with or maybe they never speak to
them again. I notice almost everyone using jabber is a programmer or
techie of some sort. I was thinking of building a website as above for
the ordinary IM junky to post chat requests. Maybe suggest clients and
public servers to new IM users.
Has this been done before?
