Hi,

I'm the author of Idavoll.

Get Items for a Node is indeed supported. If the requesting entity (JID with
resource) is subscribed to the node, it should be able to get items from it.

If that is not the case, contact me via Jabber (ralphm at ik.nu), and we can
try to work it out.

While working on Idavoll last week, I discovered that when another resource of
the same JID that was subscribed requests the items, you get a not-authorized.
Maybe it would be better to check against the bare JID (without resource)?

Being an owner does not automatically allow you to get items. That's probably
not desirable, but it isn't really clear from the spec. Also, should publishers
that are not subscribed be allowed to get items?
