[jdev] implementing JEP-0124: HTTP Binding

Hi there,

I plan to implement [1]JEP-0124 (HTTP Binding). If someone is interested
in this too, please drop me a line (or better reply to this thread).

I plan to implement this as a standalone component which would allow
clients to connect to any jabber server they like.
