As Bart mentioned: can you say JabberCentral? As "webmaster" of 
jabber.org I'd be happy to offload the end-user-ish aspects of that 
website, since I don't necessarily do a great job with them.

There's the rub. Lots of people talk, but we don't see anyone start the 
effort. I'm as guilty as the next person, of course, which is why I've 
stopped talking about a community site...
