The problem is different. Users doesn't want to input their bithrday,
want only Age or just Age range (18-21,21-25,etc.).
As Sergei say, many clients treat birthday field as a text field, and users place there Age or just words "Ask me" :) .
Also, Gender field is absent in current vcard format (Am I wrong?).
