[jdev] ACTIVE: JEP-0126 (Invisibility)

Per a vote of the Jabber Council, JEP-0126 (Invisibility) has advanced
to a status of Active. This is an Informational JEP that describes how
to use privacy lists (as defined in XMPP IM) in order to implement user
invisibility.
