Well if it is an issue then I think we can realistically say that it would
be resolved by sending the maintainer of the feature list a note. The list
maintainer should be king (or queen) and decide if the feature should be
taken off the clients supported feature list. 

I think we need a lightweight process as a first step. The compliance issue
has been discussed for as long as I can remember (years?). I sincerely doubt
anyone is going to create a full fledged compliance infrastructure and
maintain it any time soon.

I believe that misrepresentation would be an issue. This could probably be
dealt with via policies - if a client is misrepresenting an issue, there
should be a pretty clear process for getting it resolved. 

Unfortunately, this process must assume that the entity in question is
actively attempting to misrepresent themselves.
