[JDEV] JIT hackin'

Yeah, I made sure to send a <remove/> query through after deleting the
transport from my roster, just in case this was the case.

I also just tried killing my spool directory to see if that fixed it,
and it hasn't.  Still no imports for me.

But... I know why now.  I went to ICQ2Go! to try and login there, and
indeed, even _it_ says my contact list is empty.  So it seems when JIT adds
a user to the roster, they don't actually get added to ICQ, otherwise my
list wouldn't be empty.

Furthermore it means ICQ may have actually deleted my contact list!
