[jdev] xdb_ldap wpjabber-1.1.2

I'm trying to use xdb_ldap with the wpjabber server.  Upon
jabber:iq:auth I receive a:
./bin/jabberd: relocation error: ./lib/xdb_ldap.so: undefined symbol:
pth_time

Pth_* stuff is installed, so I'm thinking that the POSIX thread
implementation is incompatible with the 
xdb_ldap usage os pth_*.

The WPJabber TODO lists: ldap auth--I'm not sure whether the intent is
to add integrated LDAP auth or deal with xdb_ldap integration.  

Has anyone got these these two (WPJabber + xdb_ldap) working together?  

Could I replace the pth_* code in xdb_ldap with POSIX (WPJabber
compatible) code?
