[JDEV] ACM/IEEE/etc.

I've noticed quite a few ACM members who seem to be interested in Jabber
(e.g., they are on various Jabber-related email lists), and the same is
probably true of IEEE and other technical organizations. If you are a
member of such groups, it would be cool if you could encourage them to
run a Jabber server. Lots of folks have @acm.org email addresses, why 
not Jabber addresses, too? :)

Just a thought to spread the word...
