[JDEV] Looking for Java based GroupChat server component.

I am going to have to create a special flavor of GroupChat. So I'm looking 
for a Java implementation to use as a reference. Is there one? I looked at 
the Java Jabber Server, but it's Conference component is barely more than a 
few stubs.
