We are looking for a senior Jabber developer to help us build an application
on top of Jabber. The ideal candidate:
        Has written Jabber clients and components.
        Has designed and implemented XMPP protocols.
        Is fluent in Java and C++.
        Works well in a team environment.
        Has 10 years experience in IT (financial markets a plus).
        J2EE, Application Servers, and Web Servers are a plus.
        Great communication skills.
        Able to work under pressure.
        Has a sense of humor.
