That would be my opinion to. A possible roadmap:
1) php-"modules"
    a) client wizard
    b) Jabber dictionary
    c) ...
-> Can be used in an already existing site, so any Jabber end user 
website can benefit from helping with this.

This might not be that interested for those who already have a website, 
but it will be for those who want to start one.


If I would know people would like to startup such a project *and* I 
would have time, I would join (I hope to have some more time next year). 
Too bad that my knowledge of php isn't that great too, but I'm working 
on that :).
