Hi,

just as an annotation, i think they web client doesn't have to refresh all
pages (i.e. chat), since many modern browsers display the already recieved
part of a http stream ...

i remembered some night this weekend, while thinking of nothing, a chat
quite some years ago, http based, my netscape logo spinned all the time, but i
could chat fine ...
