Hello,

I think this might open the path for a special kind of abuse: persons acting offensive because they want the room to become non-anonymous.

Like with any "crime", the offender is the only one who must receive punishment. The innocents must be protected and, in this case, their right to anonymity must be protected too.

Just my 2 cents.
