No idea, however if I was going to do this it I would get onto the jabberd
or one of the other server projects and spend time porting that over to
Windows/make crossplatform, rather than starting a new project from scratch.
A server is a very large undertaking of you do it properly.

Just how many more opensource C++ Jabber servers (that also run on
Windows) are there then? Have I missed any?
