Hehe. I am honored, but it certainly wan't a neccesity..
It would have been more humerouse to have put the bots descriptions of
people next to them.. ;-)

Yes. That's what I thought was humerouse. I recall when we first saw
the SIMPLE stuff begin to emerge, and having many the converations about
it. Timing wise, I believe that the 'original' core RFC for jabber
actually predates the SIMPLE RFC. It was simply the establishment of
the WG. Didn't they actually set up a WG for SIMPLE *when* they
submitted the RFC?
Either way, the difference is moot. I only chimed in becouse people
mentioned the interview itelf, and might appreciate some comic blast
from the past relief.. ;-)
And now that I've reared my ugly head, I have to go start the 'tcharron
dissapear timer'.
