[JDEV] Jabberstudio inactive?

As ulrich guessed I was away on vacation and I've been digging out of 
the mound of messages, emails, and other things that it created.  I'm 
approving all projects now.  Apologies for the lengthy delay on many of 
these.

Our next revision of JabberStudio is under development and will 
drastically simplify the approval process, hopefully smoothing out bumps 
like this, or making it easier for other admins to approve projects.
