[JDEV] DRAFT: JEP-0068

Per a vote of the Jabber Council, JEP-0068 (Field Standardization for
Data Gathering and Reporting) has advanced to a status of Draft. This
JEP is mostly used by other JEPs for the purpose of standardizing fields
and values used in jabber:x:data forms, and will enable x:data forms
processors to better "understand" the data they present to the user or
process on behalf of an application. This technology is already being
used in other protocols such as multi-user chat, and publish-subscribe.
