[JDEV] VB jabber client

the problem with the Java Applet is that you would then need the JVM 
installed.  Microsoft no longer supports Java, and it will be unavailable in 
the coming months.

If I were going to go through the trouble to install the JVM, I could put in 
the .NET framework and use the VB.NET client... that may be the route I have 
to though.... I just hate having to dump 20 megs of files when the client is 
so small.
