[JDEV] Fenchurch Release 0.2.3 available

hi, list.

the first official release of the fenchurch jabber client is available
for testing and for download now. fenchurch is web-based jabber-client
written in php and utilizing Class.Jabber.PHP by Carlo Zottmann.

unfortunately the website is not complete yet. i already need some
helping hands for this and for the project. (i think i need some help
translating my english into a proper one ;)
