R: [JDEV] code libraries

I agree somewhat with Edrin, if his preferred informations could be
merged into a table i appreciate it.

Especially dependencies are something which can be very annoying if you
don't have the desired libs either because one uses an old linux kernel
or because one is suddenly at home with no internetconnection.
