[JDEV] groupchat <presence/> behaviour??

Hi there,

  Its because your original presence is discarded, and a generic
  available presence is stored in your user information instead. I'm
  currently changing this in the new groupchat being coded, based on
  the work in JEP-0045.

  Have you/anyone noticed any other strange behaviour with the
  conference component?
