Nope. Keep in mind that the IETF WG (should one be formed) may decide 
that it makes more sense to merge both client and server-to-server 
communication over one port. People are getting far ahead of themselves 
in stating such things.

I would say yes, however, I find it unlikely that any installations 
currently have any DNS entries for this.
