[JDEV] How to Delete a user from Jabber Server, other people's rosters and the JUD?

OK... I'll try a slightly different variation of this that I have not been able to
get an answer to.

Assuming that I have <vcard2jud/> setup so that new users are automatically added
to the (first) JUD and that the person in question is actually subscribed in other
people's rosters, how do I delete them ensuring that

1) they are unsubscribed from everyone's rosters

2) the JUD entry is removed

3) the user.xml file is deleted


I have been logging in as that person on my servers, unsubscribing them from
everyone else and removing them from the JUD before deleting them.  Has anyone
else automated this?  If so, then does it handle the issue that seems to arise
whereas the JUD lookup (with the JIM client at least) is case-sensitive (i.e. if I
login with jabber at foo.bar versus Jabber at foo.bar I get different JUD entries)?
