[JDEV] Problems compiling MySQL under Cygwin

Hi,

did anyone has succeeded in compiling MySQL under Cygwin 1.3.9?
I tried but I didn't succeed. Does anyone knows if it is possible.
All this 'cause I'd like to use MySQL DB linking it with xdb_sql module of
Jabber Server.
