[JDEV] jabber and flash

We use flash for a front end and jabber as the transport.  Flash works great
to a point, when your roster gets large, 200 items it seems to slow down.
Also flash can't handle as many message per second as the server.  I am sure
we can refactor that to make it more efficient.

So far flash and jabber seem to be a great match.
