[JDEV] invisible list @ server

As part of the 1.4.2 version of jabberd, invisibility is considered a
"type" of presence.

For example, to tell the server you're invisible to everyone:
	<presence type="invisible"/>

Or, to tell the server you're invisible to a specific entity:
	<presence type="invisible" to="user at server"/>

To reiterate, this is not part of the spec, but a special function of
jabberd 1.4.2.
