[JDEV] XData-Service

To accompany the upcoming submission of the jabber:x:data JEP (0004) to 
the Council. I have created a very very simple Component that serves a 
registration form with jabber:x:data so that Clients can develop against it.

It contains all of the types in the jabber:x:data namespace, and send 
you a message when you submit the registration form telling you what 
values it got back so that you can test your Client.

The service is running on:

xdata.jabberstudio.org

You cannot log into jabberstudio.org with a client.
