[JDEV] Winpopup compatibility, multiple recipients

mikem has a nice server-side solution for #2.
It's a group messaging transport. You subscribe to
whateveryouwant at whateveryoucallthetransport.yourhostname.yourdomain,
and then anything sent to that address gets forwarded to you.
