[JDEV] Docs on the XDB element ?

As it's the easier way for an external component to store data on the
server, I think this should be normalized and documented.
Let's go to the standards-jig mailing-list :-)

There is no documentation - it is considered a server implementation
specific packet type.
For the Open-source server, the best place to look is by doing a search
for XDB and get various mailing-list posts.
