[JDEV] porting jabber to Win2K

Peter,
 
Does that .exe include an SSL-enabled daemon?  I downloaded it and
configured it, but it doesn't appear to support SSL C2S connections.
 
Also, the conf module doesn't seem to be included.  Is it supposed to
be?
