[JDEV] Problems with Win32 JabberD (v1.4.2 & v1.4.2CVS)

We have jabberd running on win2k, and everything seems ok.  We are using 
the default startup options:

C:\JabberServer\JabberD\jabberd.exe -H "C:\JabberServer\JabberD" -s "C:\JabberServer\JabberD\spool" -B

I am currently trying to convince my boss that we should be running this
on linux. If anyone can give me more reasons (besides the ones that were
given already)  that I can give to my boss for using linux over win2k, I
would appreciate it.
