[JDEV] Help on Firewall

I'd offer to do the same at dave.tj, but my s2s is still dead as a log.
(The best advice I've received thus far was to simply kill scm altogether,
and go back to standard s2s on IPv4 with no craziness - an option I'm
somewhat less than eager to implement.)
