I have a set of libraries that I can contribute. These accomodate a broader
set of features than those you've  mentioned , approaching those of a full
client. They are viable for web , email,  or desktop based clients.  Their
integration into flash projects is very straight forward. I've also been
experimenting with simple collaboration and whiteboard facilities, as well
as adaptation to Jer's WCS component ( ie. they can communicate via HTTP ).
The current state of the core feature set is stable.

What do you mean by sponsor ?
