[JDEV] Jabber HTTP Polling (web client and Exodus)

A few questions about Jabber HTTP Polling:

Is there an open-source implementation for the server side?  Anything 
that works with the open-source server?  Is anyone working on it?

Is there more documentation besides JEP-0025?

An open-source implementation would be really useful to me, so if there 
isn't one, I might give it a try.
