[JDEV] Compiling jadc2s

I believe you are using the one found in jabber/jadc2s in the 
jabberstudio.org CVS. I was told that one is for the upcoming 1.5 jabber 
server, and to instead use the one in jabber14/jadc2s on jabberstudio.org.
