[JDEV] Jabber development with Kylix

XMLRPC over jabber is a draft standard that basically involves wrapping 
XMLRPC with a jabber packet (an <iq><query xmlns='jabber:iq:rpc'/></iq> 
to be precise) There is a jep on the subject located here

implementations available out at jabberstudio.org <plug
