First you need to setup JabXPCOM (see http://JabXPCOM.sunsite.dk) which can
be a bit tricky. If you succeeded with setting up JabXPCOM, you just need to
get examples/jabrss.py and examples/parserss.py from the JabXPCOM CVS
repository (http://cvs.sunsite.dk/viewcvs.cgi/jabxpcom/) and run jabrss.py
