[JDEV] Working with Active Directory (reply urgently)

Hi There , everybody

                I am using Active directory on Win2k to store the user name and password of the jabber clients. This is a bit out of the way ask but i can't help.

          I am using LDAP to access the Active Directory from JabberServer on linux (redHat 7.2) but as my requirement is that i want to have the users prior created on the Active directory that i am able to do from Linux or Windows using LDAP functions. But i am facing a problem that i can't cassign password for that particular user. Can any body help me out

          I am attaching a sample code file could suggest some changes

It is really urgent
