[JDEV] Presence of a particular user...

Hi friends,

  I am using Net::Jabber to build an application on top
of Jabber.I would like to know, if and how is it
possible for the admin to get the presence info of only
a particular user at a given point of time, even if that
user is not a buddy of the admin. The concern because it
would not be possible to create as many buddies as the
no of users.
