[JDEV] Need a volunteer to write a JEP

To support the notion of extensible add-ons (games) in Vista. We wrote some
extensions to the Jabber protocol, which was developed with feedback from
this list.

These extensions include
1. Query the other client for a list of add-ons
2. Establishing a session with the other client
3. Sending Add-on Messages between the two sessions

Vista has been using this protocol for the last several months without any
issues.

It would be great if someone volunteers to write a JEP for this. This would
make the protocol more universal and maybe someday a Vista user can play
Chess with a user running another Jabber client.
