[JDEV] tomorrow's discussion agenda

I've published an agenda for this week's Jabber discussion, to be held
tomorrow at 18:00 UTC in foundation at conference.jabber.org:

Note that I've streamlined the agenda so that we don't jabber on about
JEPs for the first 40 minutes. Hopefully this will make the discussion
more pleasant and productive than our most recent talks, and leave more
time for open discussion of hot topics among Jabberites in general. :)
