[JDEV] "Jabber mailing lists"?

I have written a server component exactly like what
you describe. It is in Python, and I can send it to
you if you would like.

Also, I think it would be nice to add SMTP-t support
to this, so we could integrate jabber mailing lists
with both email and jabber. Any thoughts?
