[JDEV] Emoticons: guidelines

Well, I see no reason why a client can't simply replace all occurrences of
"\blove\b" in an incoming message with a heart-like graphic. That'd be
an extremely clean way to incorperate any "emoticons" you want into your
client, while maintaining full ASCII compatibility.
