should include text stating "JabberT is a trademark of Jabber, Inc." (for an
example, see the jabber.org homepage).
This is more than a trademark issue. I don't think the above condition is
compatible with the goal of having an Open protocol.
As Peter said, Please Join the TM mailing list to voice your opinion.
