[JDEV] XML::Stream - Can't call method "flush" on an undefined value

I ran into this problem as well yesterday when I was writing a small script to test the new auth functionality for 1.4.2.  Ryan helped clear it up for me, some of the back-end stream functions changed in prep for multiple stream handling and the docs didn't get updated.  The stream functions now use the first argument as the stream id, and I think he updated cvs for the modules as well to note these changes.
