[JDEV] Mailing List Started for Jabber News

The Jabber.org Project has started a mailing list dedicated to news about
Jabber. This is a low-volume list (a few posts a week, at the most) that
delivers news about Jabber technology and the Jabber Software Foundation.
The only posts to this list will be the official news "announcements" that
are currently posted to http://dev.jabber.org/

Please note that the NEWS list supersedes the ANNOUNCE list (which will
be deleted in the near future), and that these website postings will no
longer be sent to the JDEV list. So if you would like to keep current on
goings-on in the Jabber world, you may want to sign up for the NEWS list.
