[JDEV] Jabber in a kiosk environment

Hi,

I'm working on an internet kiosk client software based on jabber and
mozilla. Once the system is in use there will be lots of jabber accounts
created that will be in use for only a short time. I therefore need to
implement a solution that removes unused accounts after a certain amount
of time (like a few days initially). Two questions about this:

1) Is it possible for a jabber server component (implemented using
   Net::Jabber) to delete an existing user account? How to do this?

2) Can this module determine when a user account was used the last time?

I haven't found relevant documentation on docs.jabber.org but pointers
to anything I might have missed will be much appreciated.
