[JDEV] mod_account - remote account management

I've finally gotten around to releasing something I wrote a few months
back. mod_account allows administrators to remotely manage user accounts
(create/remove and view/modify), and is quite flexible (effectively a
protocol wrapper around xdb_get/xdb_set).

It's available here:
http://cataclysm.cx/jabber/mod_account.html

All that's really needed now is a nice Net::Jabber script that automates
the functions it provides.
